All the entries have been added to this journal, and I must say, everyone's entry piece looks amazing. I love how you all have shown effort to make something nice
I haven't been able to judge everything yet, but not to worry, I'll have time this upcoming weekend (starting from 14th of August) to judge the winners.

Hello dear readers, watchers, creepers and crawlies

Seeing how the weather is being much gentler outside (at least where I'm living), and I've been thinking of wanting to do a contest for some time now... I thought, why not a spring-summer contest?
I know sometimes it's hard for many to participate in a contest. Whether it's because the contest only lasts for a week or two, or because you might suffer from the dreaded imagination-drain. So I figured to actually start a contest with a deadline that's as far... well, you have a long time. I guess I'm suffering from imagination-drain, eh?

I want this to get big, and I mean BIG. Share with everyone you know. Help me to get as many participants as is possible. The more people, the more fun it will be!

Contest Information

Now, before we discuss the rules, let me tell you what the contest is about.
First off, probably very obvious, the contest is about spring-summer time. So this is a pretty general theme to work with. There are some requirements, and I want to see you've done your absolute best. No half-finished pieces or WIPs are allowed. If many people decide to enter, and you do happen to enter with a WIP/an unfinished piece, I will not be able to comment on your entry and your piece will simply not be chosen. 

The theme is spring-summer. The picture should portray a warm, fuzzy and/or cozy feeling. Other attributes and words that should be worked into the entry: fantasy or fantasy and sci-fi, originality, colours.
If you decide to draw or write about characters/creatures, try to be original. No fan-art characters or creatures allowed.
